POS 3400 - The United States Constitution and Supreme Court Credits: 3 A study of the nature and development of the United States Constitution as interpreted by the Supreme Court with special reference to judicial decisions relating to contemporary constitutional issues. The course combines the historical and analytical approaches with heavy emphasis upon the case method. Prerequisites: History 1000 or political science 2000 level course or permission of instructor.
