BUS 3150 - Organizational Behavior Credits: 3 This course focuses on individual, interpersonal and group behavior in organizations. Students will explore behavior patterns of managers, leaders and employees in organizational settings. Topics include: the role of the manager, personality, perception, motivation, leadership, individual and group decision-making, power and political behavior, conflict resolution, organization design, human resource policies and organization change and development.
